Pink & Silver Paisley

Not Christmassy at all; but I just needed something to brighten up my day!

Base Coat: CND - Stickey
Base Colour: Miss Sporty - 302 (possibly Hip Pop)
Stamp Colour: China Glaze - Millennium
Plate: Konad M64
Top Coat: China Glaze - No Chip Top Coat

This stamp never fails me, always good first stamp, and always transfers really well. I really wish I knew the name of this polish though, a few weeks back I thought that it might be Hip Pop, but now I'm not sure. I now know though that it' number is 302. So if you call into Boots or Superdrugs ladies, please let me know!

Atomic Tribal

Base coat: CND - Stickey
Base Colour: L.A. Colors - Atomic
Stamp Colour: BYS - Black Satin
Image Plate: Bundle Monster 222
Top Coat: China Glaze - No Chip Top Coat
No festive nails today, but wearing this was really fun as the colour of Atomic is sooo gorgeous, it's just a pity it's so sheer ¬_¬ Maybe it's just the way I apply it, but this was three coats, which looked fine, until I was in the light to take photos. I hate that you can see my nail line.

I never actually thought I'd wear this image, as I'm not a massive fan of tribal patterns like this, but I fancied a change and I was pleasantly surprised.

I love wearing snow flakes on my nails, and this is actually something I wore last year around this time before I started this blog. So it was nice recreating a look, super simple to acheive too.

Stamp Colour: N.Y.C. Niagra Foils
Plate: Bundle Monster 14
Top Coat: China Glaze - No Chip Top Coat

Hopefully I'll have some more festive nails up soon :]

Green & Black Vertical(ish) Stripes, With Bundle Monster

Just a quick post today. I've fallen behind in editing/sorting photos, and I really should have done this yesterday but I took a trip with Scott to Tynemouth beach/ Blue Reef Aquarium for our dating anniversary. The aquarium was kinda pants, but the otters were so effin cute! Twas a good day :]

This is the first time I've used this image from BM214 as a vertical design. I used it here for horizontal imagery. If there's a plate out there somewhere that actually has vertical /horizontal lines in different thicknesses I will find it!!! Maybe I wont, but I love vertical striped nails, and when I'm lazy it's often what I lean towards just with stripers.

Base Coat: CND - Stickey
Base Colour: George - Martian
Stamp Colour: BYS - Black Satin
Image Plate: Bundle Monster 214
Top Coat: China Glaze - No Chip Top Coat

Nude Gold & Red Half Moons, With New Dotting Tools

My dotting tools from eBay arrived the other day; and as I only had a little time to do my nails so I figured a half moon Mani with some dots along the line would be a good idea. Especially as I'd already got a dry base colour from the night before.

When I picked up this colour from No7 it was when the £5 off voucher was going around, and it was a toss up between a similar colour, but So Simple seemed more opaque.

Honestly, I'm not a massive fan of this shade of nude on me, and I wonder when I'll find my "mannequin hands" shade. It looks okay as the half moon, but to cover the full nail it's pretty pants.

Base Coat: CND - Stickey
Base Colours: No7 - So Simple
                     Barry M - Raspberry
Gold: Citadel - Shining Gold (Warhammer Paint)
Top Coat: China Glaze Top Coat

Dotting Tools, Large, Medium Small & Tiiiny (I used the blue, and yellow one from my pack)

Base Coat: CND - Stickey
Base Colour - No7 - So Simple (3 coats)

Without all the gold.

When I got these I thought the largest end would be much larger (not that it needs to be) and that I'd have more of a range in sizes. But looking closely at the pic of all the sizes below, I do have quite a range. These were such a bargain too, costing me £1.06 and free postage, if anyone would like a linky link. let me know :]
And another pic of the end result :]
