Hi all!!


I know it seems like I must be full of excuses these days, but by the end of this month I will be more settled for sure :] and I'm trying my best to keep my mind on the blog.
Today I attended an assessment, and have an interview on Monday to try and get onto the "admin pool" so I can actually get a permanent job with the NHS - hopefully where I work now *fingers crossed* so i'll have less notes to read, and more time to paint nails :D

After my last post I hit my 50 milestone ^_^

Now, the prizes aren't ahmahzing or anything and I wish I could do more, but everyone's gotta love free shizz =] All items were paid for by me, except the Barry M's which the boyfriend bought for the giveaway, so thank you Scottius!

And a quick swatch pic. This is one of the polishes that I won in a giveaway, the formula is so so good. It goes on so smooth and perfect the chrome actually had a bit of a problem sticking. From now on I think before stamping with a chrome polish I'm going to do a thin base coat over the colour to help it stick.

I Won My First Giveaway!!! :D

I say first optimistically! A few weeks back I entered this giveaway over at Parokeets Blog, and at the start of September I found out I won! I was just checking out their post on the winner when I seen my name and almost had a heart attack! Yesterday I received my goodies and my god, it was like Christmas morning in my living room ^_^

Unwrapping these was awesome xD
